Envelope Addressing

Whether you purchase your invitations through Love Me Always or another source, the envelope addressing service is available to you. Please choose the option below that best for you.

Option 1 - Addressing Service with Invitation Order

If you plan to order your invitations through Love Me Always! and would like your envelopes addressed, please check the addresing service box located on each order information page and a Client Service Representative will contact you via email. Once your order has been submitted, please follow the steps below;

1. Compile your guest list with full name and address

2. Submit your guest list via fax or email (we will send you an spreadsheet via email)

3. We will address your envelopes and ship to you or mail them directly to your guests.

Option 2 - Addressing Service without Invitaton Order

If you have already purchased your invitations from another source and would like Love Me Always to address your envelopes. We require that you include 5 -10 % extra envelopes for testing, addressing mistakes and/or last minute guests. It is much less expensive to order these with your original order than separately.

We understand that your invitations are very personal and that there may be some anxiety with the thought of sending them off to be address. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your package.

1. Contact Customer Servcie to notify us of your interest.

2. Submit your guest list via fax or email (we will send you an spreadsheet via email)

3. Pack and ship your envelopes (and invitations if stuff n' mail service is require) to us.

When packaging your envelopes take them out of the original stationery boxes, it only adds extra weight. Place them in Ziploc bags to protect them from moisture during shipping. Wrap them securely using bubble wrap or fill the box with Styrofoam packing peanuts to prevent the corners of the envelopes from being damaged or dog-eared.

When choosing a courier, be sure to choose a pre-paid service that provides traceability and insurance. Insure your package for the full replacement cost of the content. In the event that your package is lost in transit and cannot be located you will be able to collect the cost of replacing your envelopes (and invitations if requesting stuff n' mail service). If they are not insured you will be responsible for the cost of replacing them.

Give yourself enough time to send your package the most economical service such as USPS or UPS ground. It is not necessary to spend money on rush or overnight delivery

The average addressing job can be completed within 5 business days. Turnaround times are an estimate and they do depend on how busy we are along with the size and complexity of your order. Once your addressing request form has been submitted we will contact you with a realistic turnaround time.
Please note there is a $5.00 proof fee, if you require an electronic proof.
