& Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with
your blank invitation or product order for any reason,
please feel free to return it to us for a full refund
or exchange. Simply contact customer
service to obtain a (RMA) Return Authorization
Number and return address.
Merchandise must be returned unopened and in the original sellable
quantities within 15 calendar days for a refund to be issued.
International orders must be postmarked within the 15 business
days.
Please note that samples, templates, printed invitations
and clearance items are non-refundable.
Receiving
a Refund
Pending inspection, a refund will be issued
to you for the merchandise plus any applicable taxes.
Once your return has been processed we will notify you
via email with the total amount to be returned to you.
Please allow up to 10 business days for this process
to be complete.
Your refund will be returned to you via the same method
of payment as your original order.
If payment was made by check or money order, a company
check will be issued and mailed to you.
Return Packaging
We recommend that you wrap your return
in plastic or a ziploc bag to protect it from moisture
and send to us using a pre-paid, insured and traceable
method, for we do not accept collect parcels.
Please note that if your parcel is not insured and it
is lost or damaged in transit you are still responsible
for the full purchase price.
